We currently offer UPS ground, FedEx Home Delivery and USPS Priority Mail.
If you would like another carrier, please let us know before placing your order and we will get a shipping quote.
Local pickup or delivery can also be arranged.
If you do not want to use Google checkout, we can also use PayPal or we can take your credit card info over the phone, or you can mail us a check.

All Hit-Air products come with a 1 year warranty which covers defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.

| Unused items may be returned or exchanged for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase. All tags must be in place and the item must be in new condition with absolutely no signs of wear or use. Please contact us before returning an item to make sure we know it's coming and why it's being returned. We want you to be happy with your purchase and to tell your friends what a fantastic experience you had with us. We will do whatever we can to make this happen! |
| It seems that occasionally Google checkout fails to calculate actual shipping charges and reverts to a default. If the shipping charged for your item(s) is ever more than 10% of the actual shipping cost, we will refund the difference. We don't markup shipping. Products containing Co2 can only be shipped via ground transportation. |
